(hereinafter referred to as “Bohang”) successfully implemented the RFID+AI unmanned store solution for Jiangsu Dasheng Group Co., Ltd. The first store officially opened in October 2025 and continues to operate normally. The completion of this benchmark project marks a new level of technical strength and full stack service capability for Bohang in the field of smart retail, providing a replicable practical model for the digital transformation of traditional retail formats. —   01 Full stack independent technology, creating a true unmanned store. As a national high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service, Bohang demonstrated its full stack independent research capabilities from hardware devices to software platforms in the Dasheng Group unmanned store project. The solution covers core modules such as RFID intelligent hardware, ERP management system, CRM customer relationship management system, inventory management software, etc. All software has independent intellectual property rights to ensure the stability, security, and continuous iteration capability of the system. This solution innovatively integrates an AI video product recognition system, which uses computer vision technology to achieve automatic recognition and behavior analysis of products. It forms a dual perception loop with RFID technology, greatly improving recognition accuracy in complex scenarios. At the same time, the store has deployed an intelligent access control system. When a customer attempts to leave the store without completing the payment, the system will automatically lock the door lock and remind the customer to complete the payment through voice or screen prompts; The access control is equipped with an emergency button, balancing intelligent experience and emergency security needs. This project focuses on core requirements such as product recognition, rapid settlement, inventory management, store loss prevention, data collaboration, and intelligent operation in unmanned retail scenarios. Bohang relies on its accumulation in RFID hardware, system software, IoT integration, and industry solutions to provide a comprehensive solution for the project, covering preliminary scheme design, system construction, equipment deployment, joint debugging and testing, and online operation support, helping stores upgrade from traditional retail mode to digital and intelligent operation mode. —   02 Deep integration, seamless integration with existing commercial ecology. This unmanned store solution has achieved significant improvements in multiple key operational indicators: – self checkout time has been reduced by up to 50% – inventory efficiency has been improved by 38% – inventory accuracy has been increased by 3%. Through RFID technology, item level management has been achieved, and inventory transparency has been greatly enhanced, laying a data foundation for refined operations. The identification, inventory status, sales status, and inventory status of each product during circulation can be more clearly recorded and tracked in the system. For retail enterprises, this capability helps to improve inventory transparency, reduce manual inventory burden, and to some extent improve inventory accuracy and daily operational efficiency. In the settlement process, the system supports batch reading of multiple items and second level recognition, maintaining excellent reading performance and conflict prevention ability even in dense stacking and mixed placement of multiple items, greatly simplifying the checkout process.Customers can reduce the need to scan codes one by one during self-service checkout, significantly improving shopping efficiency. At the same time, the device is equipped with EAS anti-theft function, achieving integrated management of fast settlement and product anti-theft. At the data application level, the store backend can synchronize the recording and processing of transaction data, product flow information, and inventory change data. The RFID self-service checkout system is deeply integrated with the store’s membership management and marketing system, which not only improves checkout efficiency, but also helps brand merchants accumulate private domain traffic and consumer behavior data, providing support for precision marketing and customer insights.
